So many of the mistakes I made in my career came from rushing to the finish line. Can you make money quickly? Maybe. But will your business be sustainable in meeting its goals? Probably not. My job is to fool-proof the process, not the idea. I can’t guarantee that every concept you come up with is going to be a winner but what I can tell you is that my team and I have developed an innovative and market-responsive top-down system that will analyze your pain points, give you a clear customer journey map, and provide you with the tools you need to fortify your business plan as well as possible. Through trial and error, an intensive dedication to research, and being unafraid to ask questions, I have damn near perfected the process. I’ve made a ton of mistakes so that you don’t have to.

The Blueprint Incubator

Starting from square one isn’t as intimidating at Blueprint University. This incubator program is for the visionary entrepreneurs that have a great idea - but that’s about it! The BPU team helps to shape and clarify your vision, and provide a high-level look-ahead for what infrastructure you’ll need in place to make your idea a success. This is our most a la carte program, allowing founders to focus on their knowledge and resource gaps that are a priority to them. You have full access to all of our BPU amenities, including a photography studio, a recording space for content, graphic designers, and an event space among others.

This program is for the entrepreneur that has already created a product or business plan and needs to scale at a rapid pace. This rigorous two-year program isn’t for the faint of heart. We have an array of different life choice programs that we have you go through first to ensure your goals and values are aligned with our mission. We believe that business isn’t just about making money quickly; your emotional intelligence, your values as a founder, and your approach to your human capital doesn’t just matter to the longevity of your business—it matters to us. At Blueprint University, you don’t just choose us, we choose you, too. From there, you meet with each of our Project Department Heads who cover everything from legal to marketing - and together, we develop your detailed, highly customized strategic plan that will eliminate the most common mistakes we see new entrepreneurs make and take your business to the next level.

Scale-Up Incubator

This one is our true-to-its-name scale-up program, or what I like to call the 30 by 30. The goal is to take 30 entrepreneurs that have already reached that $1 million mark in capital and turn them into full-fledged enterprises by 2030. Just like our Start-Up Incubator, we bridge the gap between you and the Fortune 500 companies. You will have unlimited access to valuable and exclusive market insight, research, and expertise that you can then use to leverage your business into high-profit yields for you. We give you the tools that will allow you to build out your team, scale up, and give you some breathing room to think about your next venture. Every founder needs a team that’s equally invested in the dream as you are. Finding my team is exactly why I’m able to invest into so many different avenues. This signature BPU fund invests in small businesses that are seeking pre-seed, seed-level or Series A financing. You’re building scalable, growth-targeted companies and we want to make sure that you have access to the venture capital funding that you need. This fund also provides you with the coaching, support, and necessary resources, like helping you to obtain business credit to ensure that your business is primed to win grants and contracts.

So, you’ve made it through the rigorous BPU program - congratulations! You’ve perfected your mission statement and elevator pitches, your team is optimally structured, and your brand strategy is complete. What’s next? The Angel incubator is our networking program where we connect you directly to the investors interested in businesses and entrepreneurs just like you. A community-based model, we bring the infrastructure and investors straight to you. No need for cold-calling or hunting down emails, at BU, our goal is to remove the guesswork for you and set you up for maximum success at every stage.
