VENTURE VISIONARY

I’ve been starting and running businesses since I was 12 years old. My very first business was selling earrings. In high school, I started a company helping people apply for loans. By the time I graduated, I had saved up an impressive amount and had perfect credit. I felt untouchable. In college, I had built up a reputation as being incredibly business savvy. People would come to me with their ideas and I could write a business plan in three hours flat. I prided myself - and still do! - on being able to teach myself anything. I became a self-taught angel investor.

The problem?

I had my hands in way too many pots. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul just to stay afloat. I was drowning. And it all came to a head in 2018 when I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy. I was 21 years old. It was one of the lowest points of my life. I felt lonely and ashamed—I felt like a failure. I’m sure most experts wouldn’t want me to share that part with you. But I’m not most experts. It’s not a sexy or fun story to tell, but it’s a valuable one. My business success is a result of my willingness to make mistakes. If there’s something to learn, I will learn it. If I can teach myself how to do it, I will. In my journey to becoming a multi-million dollar entrepreneur and franchise owner by the age of 26, I’ve encountered countless obstacles. And guess what? That’s why I am where I am today. Most entrepreneurs quit after their first failed business and even more quit after their second. Not me.

That’s my value proposition to you. I’m willing to do the work on the ground with you. In hindsight, filing for bankruptcy was exactly the reset I needed. It forced me to start over and figure out what purpose I was trying to fulfill. When I first got started, I didn’t have a clear idea of what my goals were. I was trying anything and everything. My vision was scattered and so was my success. Now, I’m selective. I’ve learned how to discern which ventures I go after, which people I work with, and what initiatives I put my name on.

My empire today consists of The Blueprint University (BPU), my premiere hub that connects entrepreneurs to resources, funding, and coaching through almost every phase of launching a business.

Last year, we launched Blueprint Taxes and Services, a tax preparation agency, that all our BPU cohorts have full access to. In 2021, I founded Wright Way Estates, a real estate investment company. Today, we have 33 properties valued at over $15 million. And Baby Blu Security is my franchising domain, where I own and operate multiple home security systems franchise offices in cities across the United States. The work I do today is about building generational wealth for my family and my community. I know how hard this climb can be. That’s why whatever knowledge or resources I can share with other young and up-and-coming entrepreneurs, I’m going to make sure that I do my part to make this space a more equitable and accessible one.

My belief is that when you’re teachable and open to the process of learning, success is inevitable. It may take a little longer or it may not be what you first envisioned, but it’ll be success the right way.

We work hard.
We get results.

I don’t handhold any of the clients I work with.

Hard work is in my DNA. One of the biggest misconceptions about me throughout my childhood in Southern California was that I had things handed to me. It couldn’t be further from the truth. Aside from my mom, I didn’t have a lot of family support and no real community to lean on. I didn’t have any handouts or trust funds to rely on. Nobody really believed in my dreams but me. For me, building businesses became my way out of a world that was suffocating me. So once I realized that people would actually buy into my ideas, I doubled down on making it my escape plan. And I was good at it.

I know the power of one good idea. That’s why I want to spend this next chapter of my career being of service to my community. I can only imagine how much easier my journey would have been if I had someone to guide me and showing me the ropes. I didn’t have a blueprint so I had to make my own.

AND NOW I'M OFFERING IT TO YOU

I help you build your dream life—in real life

Nothing about me or my story is a fluke. I’ve been where you are. And I’m still there. A commitment to innovation and honing my skills as a student has kept me in the game for this long. I don’t sugarcoat. I’m not afraid of hard work or hard conversations. And you shouldn’t be either. The only thing I’m scared of is stagnation. I’ve never been complacent in my journey and I won’t be in yours either. The difference between a good idea and a million dollar idea is whether or not you’re willing to show up every day. I don’t believe in facades or being fake. We’re not building something just so it looks good on Instagram.
